POLICY OVERVIEW

All sales are final. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact the shop within 7 days of purchase for exchange of an item of equal or higher value.

All eligible products must:

  • Be accompanied with the original proof of purchase
  • Be in new condition with all original accessories and packaging

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If your return or exchange has been authorized by Wheels of Oakville, you will be provided with instructions to return the item to:

SHIPPING
& COSTS

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

& RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return. All exchanges are subject to inspection and re-stocking/processing fees. All Special or Custom orders are final sale, no exceptions.
