Shimano SM-SH10 SPD SL Cleat Set - 0° Float Red

The red cleat locks your foot in place with zero float. There is no rotation, no give — every bit of what you put into the pedal goes straight through the shoe. That directness is why sprinters and time triallists choose it.

It comes with a warning attached: with no float, your cleat position has to be genuinely correct. If your foot naturally wants to sit at a slight angle and the cleat holds it straight, your knee absorbs the difference over thousands of revolutions. Do not fit red cleats without a proper setup, and if you get knee pain, move to blue.
