Z1 KinetiCore Helmet

The Z1 is Lazer's flagship road helmet and one of the lightest, most ventilated lids you can buy. The headline is KinetiCore: instead of adding a separate liner to manage rotational impact forces, Lazer builds controlled crumple structures directly into the EPS foam. Fewer parts, less weight, and the rotational protection is part of the helmet rather than bolted into it.

Ventilation is where the Z1 earns its reputation. The open structure moves a genuine amount of air over your head, which on a July climb is the difference between comfortable and cooked. The ScrollSys retention system adjusts with one hand while riding and distributes pressure evenly around the head rather than pinching at a single dial point.

• KinetiCore integrated rotational impact protection
• Very low weight for a road helmet
• Extensive ventilation for hot-weather riding
• ScrollSys one-handed retention adjustment
• Eyewear docking ports
• Removable, washable padding
